The rules: exactly 100 words. It needs a beginning, middle, and end. One character is fine.

Start with one of these lines:
- 'The last time I saw him, he was wearing a red hat.'
- 'Nobody knew the elevator held that secret.'
- 'She arrived late, as always, but this time she brought something.'

Write without stopping. When done, count the words. Adjust until you hit exactly 100.

The constraint is the point. It forces you to choose every word.
